Search for flights by date or destination. Choose from an average of 400 available flight combinations for every coach class domestic flight search you perform. We provide you with the lowest fare we can find for the dates and times you specify.            

Take advantage of the savings offered by our Web fares--fares available only over the Internet. Save even more money by booking an Expedia Bargain Fare. Or offer the price you want to pay with Flight Price Matcher--we'll check if a major carrier will accept your offer. If your dates are flexible, search for the airlines' lowest published fares between certain routes with our Fare Calendar.

Do I need to contact i-IndonesiaTourism.com operator to confirm my purchase?

Most of the time, you don't need to call us. As soon as the purchase process is complete, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Occasionally, however, an airline may take up to 24 hours to confirm a flight. If this is the case, we'll let you know right away. Check your reservation 24 hours after your purchase to make sure it's been confirmed by the airline.

Here's how to check your reservation online:

Click the link titled "My Account" on the top of any page.

If you are prompted to sign in, please provide your user name and password.

Choose “Saved reservation” Once there, select the item you wish to access.

At the top of the reservation, you'll see a field labeled "Status," which should say "Confirmed" or "Ticket confirmed." If it doesn't, or if you have other questions, give us a call at <Nomor kontak>

How do I change or cancel a purchase?

In many cases, depending on which product you purchased, you can make an exchange or cancellation on your own. For details, see the "Changing your reservation" page.

My flight leaves soon. Where do I confirm my reservation?

All flights should be confirmed with the airline directly. We recommend that you do so at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights (72 hours for from outside Indonesia).

How do I confirm my seat assignments?

You'll need to call the airline directly.

On certain flights, the airline will allow i-IndonesiaTourism.com to request seats on your behalf, but these are only requests, and need to be verified with the airline.

Pickup and drop-off locations

Designate where you want to pick up and drop off your rental car. You can search for a rental car near a city, an airport, or an Indonesian address.

If you wish to return your car to a location other than the one where you picked it up, type the city name, airport name, or airport code (for example, CGK for Jakarta’s Sukarno-Hatta) in the Drop-off location box.

Note: Additional charges may apply if you decide to return your car to a different location.

Pickup and drop-off times

Your car reservation will be held until the date and time you indicated you would pick up the car. Extra charges may be applied if you do not return the car by the designated drop-off date and time. Be sure to cancel the reservation if you are not going to need the car.

Rental car preferences

Choose a car class, rental car company, transmission type, and whether you'd like air conditioning. The fewer preferences you choose, the more likely you are to find the best price.

Changing your reservation      

If you need to cancel or change your travel arrangement, you can find the help you need here. If you still have any questions or concerns about your reservation, use our support and feedback form. We'll respond within 24 hours.            

Changing or canceling a flight

Most fares in Economy/Coach class have an airline-imposed penalty fee of $100 or more per passenger for changes and cancellations, plus any applicable increase in the fare. Some tickets are non-refundable, but can be applied (for a limited time) toward future travel, less any applicable penalties. Some tickets do not allow changes. These are just estimates. Our agents will calculate final charges.

To change or cancel a flight, go to My Account and open the reservation that contains the flight you wish to change or cancel. Click Estimate cost to change or cancel this flight at the bottom of the page, and follow the instructions provided.

Changing or canceling a lodging reservation      

Lodging can be changed or canceled according to each property's rules and restrictions. Some properties impose penalties, such as one night's stay, if you cancel your reservation within a certain number of days before your scheduled check-in date. Other properties may charge a small penalty for changes made any time after a room is booked.

To change or cancel a lodging reservation, go to My Account and open the itinerary that contains the lodging you wish to change or cancel. Click Cancel this reservation and review the refund and penalty details.

Changing or canceling a rental car reservation   

Rental car reservations can be canceled or changed at any time. Canceling a reservation will not result in a cancellation penalty. To change or cancel your rental car reservation, go to My Account and open the itinerary that contains the rental car reservation you wish to change or cancel. Click Cancel this car reservation and verify the cancellation on the resulting page.
