D.II Food & Beverage Service
The students learn how to prepare the restaurant and bar set up, to provide customer service, to handle the guest bill, to clean and maintain restaurant equipments, to lead and supervise staff.
The program enables the students to reach position as supervisors in cruiseship, hotel, villa, appartment, independence bar and restaurant, and catering companies.
D.II Food Production
This program is designed how to train students to be professional personnel at supervisor level in Kitchen Department in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skill in dealing with operations.
The students learn from the basic skills of a cook, producing quality foods with the highest standard of sanitation and hygiene, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipments and premises, until leading and supervising staff
The program enables the students to reach position as supervisors in cruiseship, hotel, villa, appartment, independence restaurant, and catering companies.
D.II House Keeping
This program is designed to train students to be professional personnel at supervisor level in Housekeeping Department in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skill in dealing with operations.
The students learn how to maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas, to prepare the guest rooms, to prepare variety of flower arrangements, to provide laundry service, to lead and supervise staff.
D.II Spa Management
This program is designed to train students to be professional personnel at supervisor level in Spa Company in possesion of favorable personality, thorough knowledge and skill in dealing with operations.
The students learn how to provide the basic techniques as a spa receptionist and theraphies, customer service, and selling techniques.
The program enables the students to reach position as supervisors in cruiseship, hotel, villa, appartment, independence spa companies.
